Delete your BlightCheck account
An account is optional. Deleting it removes your sign in, your email address and your password hash for good. You can do it yourself, on the web or in the app, at any time.
On the web or in the app: sign in, open My account, choose Delete my account, tick the box and confirm. You are signed out at once.
By email: write to support@jagatitlimited.com from the address on the account. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What we keep: order records for reports you bought (date, postcode, amount, payment reference), for 6 years as UK tax law requires. Reports bought stay reachable from the link in your receipt. Nothing else is kept.
